My brother used Your move to sell his property. He was recommended to use Hannah Battersby at Conveyancing Expert Ltd at Manchester. We have used Your Move as a letting agency for 3 years on a fully managed basis. Fees are the highest I've ever seen with any agents. Full security deposit was returned minus a £200 "moving out fee" before moving in a fee of 1 months rent was paid (non-returnable) I've now begun a tenancy with an independent agent who charged £50 of fees and nothing else (except security deposit) to put your move's fees into perspective.
