We recently purchased a house through Your Move and cannot thank Steve, Sue and the team enough for all their help with both our sale and purchase. They are very professional and approachable. They liaised with the solicitors and agents involved and kept us updated. We have relocated to this area and are loving it. without the help from Your Move Bognor Regis we don't think we would be here now. We highly recommend them!!

My brother used Your move to sell his property. He was recommended to use Hannah Battersby at Conveyancing Expert Ltd at Manchester. This lady was lazy and useless; everything was not her responsibility. She could tell the client who was living 6,000 miles away, from Hong Kong to contact the... Read Full Review

This lady was lazy and useless; everything was not her responsibility. She could tell the client who was living 6,000 miles away, from Hong Kong to contact the previous solicitor for the old lease. The previous solicitor is just in Yorkshire, UK. Because of digital data, the land registrar can not provide another one. She requested the client to pay extra insurance for this issue. Luckily, Steve, the manager of the sales team has resolved the issue. We were impressed by their professional service.

Fees appear to be fairly standard for the area, but are not good value when the company cannot provide a decent service.

We have used Your Move as a letting agency for 3 years on a fully managed basis. In recent months the service from the Bognor branch has been woeful, communication from a constantly changing staff both between themselves and with us has been chaotic.
The final straw was when an issue with the inventory company sub-contracted to do the check out inspection was escalated to the Area Lettings Director, who advised that we would need to sort this out ourselves as no-one at YM could take responsibility.
If considering using YM to let your property, my advice can be summed up in one word; DON'T

Ridiculous fees for moving in, checking out, and everything else. Difficult to get in contact with, not helpful when you do. The staff at the branch wouldn't answer any questions I had, merely presented me with documentation and told me to find out for myself. Would not... Read Full Review

Fees are the highest I've ever seen with any agents. Full security deposit was returned minus a £200 "moving out fee" before moving in a fee of 1 months rent was paid (non-returnable) I've now begun a tenancy with an independent agent who charged £50 of fees and nothing else (except security deposit) to put your move's fees into perspective.
