The worst letting agents ever. Incompetence and least amount of effort put in by employees. Please do not rent with these people, my flat had cockroaches when I moved in and they didn't do anything about it when informed. Won't reply to calls or emails when needed. Save yourself a lot... Recently used YourMove to move into rented accommodation; staff member James was rude, patronising and aggressive. I was upset after every conversation with him due to his uncouth words and no apology or response to my compliant has been received. Not to mention the incompetent service I received....
