Very Bad Experience in buying a home through the Balsall Common Branch.
Buyers beware! Before making an offer get an anticipated completion date and make your offer based on that date with price reductions if date not adhered to.
Do not believe anything that the agent or vendor tells you. We were too trusting and it has cost us time and money.
