This is by far the worst letting agency I have ever come across. Had problems with the house since day one. I honestly can not wait for the day to move out of this property. This is by far the worst letting agency I have ever come across. Had problems with the house since day one. I honestly can not wait for the day to move out of this property. Worst decision I have ever made. Not professional at all!! Would never recommend this letting agency to anyone. This letting agency doesn't even deserve 1* that's how awful they are.

Had some issues with my kitchen and it did take a while to find out what was causing the problem but has soon has this had been found then the repairs were done promptly to a good standard. I have had some other minor repairs which have been rectified within a couple of days of me reporting them to ... Read Full Review

Had some issues with my kitchen and it did take a while to find out what was causing the problem but has soon has this had been found then the repairs were done promptly to a good standard. I have had some other minor repairs which have been rectified within a couple of days of me reporting them to Rachel via email, I always get a very prompt response from her and she has been very helpful with everything and always found her to be very polite.

I can only say anything that I have asked for, has been done promptly with no hassle at all. A recent boiler repair arranged by Jude, excellent, also a request for information handled by Rachel, I had an email response within 3 minutes, Excellent service so far no complaints whatsover.... For a while now we have had problems with these agents thair attitude towards tennants is unreal. Chalsea, rachael, and Guy barlow have been very aggresive towards us without any justifiable reason. Multiple added and ureasonable fees was approximately a month behind with top ups to housing equated around 120 pound next letter i received was a demand of 750 pound that they unlawfully added other things as well i.e. predicted rent and as i was on paper bond they tried to add that to the total as-well. They are nothing less than criminal.

Of which the worst example is attempted home invasion and assault by the general manager Guy barlow he is nothing more than a thug in a shirt do not be fooled by him. it is a criminal matter so am unable to give details as yet but will update on completion of court case i would not advise anyone especially if you are a vulnerable tenant. AVOID THESE THUGS AT ALL COSTS

Winsor lettings also did NOT put my deposit in a protection scheme.
