I used Winkworth to find a tenant for my property and manage it. It has been a horrendous experience and I would recommend choosing pretty much any other agency. Very disappointed and request ignored Decided to end the contract for the tenancy and I was reliable to pay until the new tenant moved in. Winkworth have the most unprofessional, negligent people working for them. When I moved into my flat, 1 year ago I could see water damage had formed in certain areas. What agent could do to change your mind?
Return phone calls, and do the job they are paid for! Not letting issues go on for 9 months until the tenant is put in danger by structural collapses. To make repairs, people do not need to enter the flat on 9 occasions so that they can get the cheapest quote.
