What an absolute nightmare this transaction has been. At the time that I entered in to the contract with them the fees were in line with the other agents in town. The big difference was the service I received. I would not consider moving as I am more than happy with the service and the fees that I pay.

We received TERRIBLE treatment. Paperwork was thrown together & unprofessional. The manager didn't even know the difference between a company reg number & a VAT reg number.
