I am disappointed with the service I received from Vanessa at the Milton Keynes branch. Despite leaving numerous voicemails and her promise to call me back within 5 minutes on one occasion, I have yet to receive any follow-up. As a cash buyer interested in viewing a 3-bedroom detached house for sale on Bunkers Crescent, Bletchley (MK3), this lack of communication is incredibly frustrating.

I am disappointed with the service I received from Vanessa at the Milton Keynes branch. Despite leaving numerous voicemails and her promise to call me back within 5 minutes on one occasion, I have yet to receive any follow-up. As a cash buyer interested in viewing a 3-bedroom detached house for sale on Bunkers Crescent, Bletchley (MK3), this lack of communication is incredibly frustrating.
Given this experience, I feel I have no choice but to avoid this unprofessional agency for my future property purchases and sales. I expected much better service and responsiveness, especially as a serious estate agent.

My dealings with Wilson Peacock (Monika Rybacka) was very excellent. She communicated promptly and efficiently. Outstanding service from the team at Milton Keynes!
The sale of my shared ownership was through a different estate agent, but Vanessa has gone above and beyond to ensure it went through. She said Vicki never give up!
I purchased my shared ownership home through Wilson Peacocks and have been treated so very well, they accomodate everything asked.
Vanessa has literally dragged me through all the stress of my sale and finally we have exchanged contracts. This wasnt her job as Wilson Peacocks werent selling my home, but Vanessa helped every professional, chased everyone and kept me calm.
If Vanessa hadnt been involved this just wouldnt have happened and i cant thank her enough. Vanessa has replied to every single email of my thousands, she has chased all the other professionals each day to succeed. Shaun has been great and showed me round my new house. Shaun didnt ever rush me was so reasurring, calm and very helpful.
I am going to miss our daily emails and chats but am so forever grateful to Vanessa.
The whole team made me feel welcome in the branch and i recieved a lovely box of goodies upon my exchange, I couldnt remend then higher as they are the most hard working outstanding team ever.

What an absolute nightmare this transaction has been. It was all down hill from here. We gave them months to sort the buy and sell documents out whilst our new house was going through surveys, however none of this was prepared. A complete lack of planning and organisation. When it came to completing, which took 5 attempts, we were completely shocked by the rude staff and how we were treated. A lack of communication led us to having to call each day for an update and when doing this we were shouted at and and accused of micro managing and patronising, words from the branch partner. When we decided to go in to branch to get a clear understanding of what is going on, after having no communication ( 2 days before mortgage expiry), the branch manager was rude and completely unprofessional. Telling me that he will not speak to me any further and will completely close all of the accounts because I said I do not trust him to do what is needed after lying to us on numerous occasions. I then had to reiterate that he is willing to let 3 house sales fall through because I said this, of which he confirmed. How pathetic! Their mortgage broker incorrectly put in the wrong amount for my property which led to all 3 sales nearly falling through, of which The branch manager would of have known. Instead of telling us this, he led us to believe we were awaiting another lender to release money. The whole process was a complete disgrace, unprofessional, rude and dishonest staff.

* Both bathroom's aren't functional in side of shower heads.
* 2 out of 12 lights working.
* shower head is broken hence no water, shower cabin is broken hence we can't get inside.
* Dishwasher responding randomly, washing machine was full of mould..
* 2 Radiators aren't working.
* Main bathroom has a serious water leak, which probably takes at least two weaks to find the problem. All neigbours are coming for the serious leakage.
* Kitchen sink leaks
Choice is yours. You may be renting a property with the above fault list. This is the worst service I've ever seen in my life, totally defective property and an illegal action against renting act. Stuff member Estate agent Matthew has intentionally tried to rent the property with inadequate conditions without any excuses.

I asked them to list my property for sale and this is the slowest estate agent I have worked for ever. I am a landlord and keep buying and selling proprieties all over the country and I must say this branch is the most unprofessional branch I have ever dealt with. Took them three weeks from the day details were agreed to posting and another four weeks for to arrange first viewing, really!!!

At the time that I entered in to the contract with them the fees were in line with the other agents in town. The big difference was the service I received. I would not consider moving as I am more than happy with the service and the fees that I pay.

I have dealt with this branch for nearly four years and with the current manager James for the last couple of years. I have always found his service to be fantastic. He is friendly approachable and most importantly efficient. He puts himself out and goes the extra mile to ensure that both tenant and landlord are completely satisfied. I am kept up to date with any problems that the tenant may have and he ensures that any works I have requested are dealt with promptly and efficiently in order to maintain a good relationship with the tenant. I would thoroughly recommend James and the Milton Keynes branch to any prospective tenant or landlord.

We received TERRIBLE treatment. Paperwork was thrown together & unprofessional. The manager didn't even know the difference between a company reg number & a VAT reg number. When we disagreed with him re anything he would begin to shout. They lied about promises made then treated us poorly throughout. At the end of the tenancy they gave the landlord the wrong moving out date & ended up on the phone asking us to vacate early. It was a total shambles by people who clearly have no idea how to run a business. Even our landlord was appalled when we evidenced how we had been treated by these clowns. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
