Used this company to sell my mums property. David robinson looked after us and gave an excellent and professional service. Used this company to sell my mums property. David robinson looked after us and gave an excellent and professional service. We live in BIrmingham and he kept us up to date on everthing and answered all our queries even when he was on holiday. We couldnt recommend this company more highly. It made selling mums property which was a very upsetting and emotional time for us alot easier. You cannot go wrong using this company.

16 weeks and only 2 viewings. Fake feedback ( identical remarks ) which was not at all informative nor constructive. Despite a very promising sales pitch this agency failed to deliver. 16 weeks and only 2 viewings. Fake feedback ( identical remarks ) which was not at all informative nor constructive. Despite a very promising sales pitch this agency failed to deliver. There little or no contact during the 16 weeks and when trying to cancel the contract we were reminded of OUR legal obligation to give a months notice. A very poor service from a very poor outfit. The office , unlike other estate agents, closes at 1pm on Saturdays and does not make itself available to property buyers. I would not recommend to anyone looking to sell their property in the Torbay area.

We both sold and bought through this Agency. The service was first class. When selling our property we were kept fully informed, getting immediate attention to any query.
When buying, we were given as much support as the vendor, e.g., an adverse survey, resulting in our having to reduce our offer, was negotiated (with the vendor) by Mark Hedge, and a satisfactory reduced price was agreed.
Of special mention, Suzanne Bell. Suzanne surprisingly is not a Partner in the business. Her knowledge, attention to detail, response and support, was a great help to us.
