Have been dealing with the Statham branch of William H Brown and can only suggest that they are best avoided, they have had significant staff turn over and each time the selling staff that come out to visits have been less skilled and less enthusiastic. Have been dealing with the Statham branch of William H Brown and can only suggest that they are best avoided, they have had significant staff turn over and each time the selling staff that come out to visits have been less skilled and less enthusiastic.
They have managed to get a whole 6 people through the door in a year. Which is well below the market standards and even with that when cancelling contract they're immediately reminding of their competition clause that you can't see with anyone till the notice is done, which legally correct seems pretty poor form when they have woefully under performed.
Over all very lacklustre, unprofessional staff sent to do viewings and no ideas to help sell a property apart from the relentlessly lazy "Drop the price, drop the price" the battle cry of estate agents who don't really know how to sell.
Very much best avoided, much better options out there.

The journey with William H Brown started off with being shown the wrong garage to the property (not even correct block) details being passed to the wrong solicitors as they had signed me up with theirs despite informing them of my solicitors details, this added 3 weeks before the mistake was realised. One member of staff informed us the vendors wanted to move before Christmas but speaking with them they had no intention of this, also informed that the onward purchase was straightforward which was a misrepresentation as the property was ex LA and had covenants for the purchase. the sales progressor the Stalham also works at other branches and as such we would only get updates once a week. Fortunately for William H Brown, Adelaide who is a new member of staff there took on dealing with the purchase and things went a lot smoother, she was a pleasure to deal with and always gave updates as she said and was a real credit to the company. The overall experience of Willaim H Brown was very poor but the dealings with Adelaide were very positive and I hope that she progresses well within the industry as here competence and dedication are assets that should be appreciatated.

We were purchasing our property through these agents, the property was a new build (but the build was complete at time of our offer) and there was only us in the chain as we had sold our property and moved into holiday accommodation as our buyers needed a quick move (four weeks), we did this thinking it would only be a few weeks before we completed on our new home, unfortunately we didn't take in to consideration the builders solicitor who was not speedy to say the least, as we only had a limited time in the holiday rental things began to get a bit desperate this is when Hayley Burton Pye stepped in and immediately took all the worry and chasing off our shoulders, she chased the builders solicitor and builder for documents etc, spoke to our solicitors and updated us on a daily basis, this resulted in contracts being signed and exchanged within two weeks, Hayley is a credit to her branch and and asset to William H Brown an all round very good estate agent. We would like to thank Daniel Trett and his team who always dealt with our queries promptly.

We had Dan come out to see us at the property one evening which we were really impressed with as other agents wouldn't do anything after 5. Our appointment was at 6pm so straight away we knew we were going to use Dan and his team.
Dan measured up everything and took details as we walked him around explaining all the work we had done over the past 12 months. He gave good advice on what and where to finish, and explained to us how would be best to present it to potential buyers.
We had a great explanation of marketing, fees etc from Dan during his visit and found this incredibly helpful in making the decision we wanted before instructing. Both my husband and I decided there and then that we were going to use them and signed everything up. Dan even said we could have 24 hours to think over and was really pleased to see that he wasn't pushy in any way even when we said that we wanted to sign there and then.
We handed over the keys for Dan to return the next day to do photos. When we arrived home, we shortly had a knock at the door to have the details hand delivered and approved on the door step so it could be marketed straight away.
The marketing process was really smooth and efficient and a sale was quickly achieved with a price we were really happy with.
I would recommend Dan and his team to my friends and family and loom forward to using them again in the future.

We found most of our contact was through Mary Trett who is the after sales coordinator. She was excellent, always able to assist where needed. We think this is a great idea for estate agents to have a dedicated member pushing the sale through to exchange, unlike most estate agents who once have agreed the sale leave it to the sols and individuals involved. We have dealt a lot with estate agents and this is the first time we came across a after sales coordinator - more agents should do this like William H Brown do!!

I had Daniel come over to visit my property and he covered off all the information I needed to know before placing my home onto the market. We had feedback promptly from the team and agreed a sale really quickly.
Once the sale was proceeding, I had a lot of contact with Hayley who was really helpful with all paperwork I needed to complete was always able to assist me when I had problems. Hayley was extremely pleasant and friendly and helped me with any issues I had.
