We would moved our business that would have offer 4 to 5 full time jobs, and the need to rent a commercial property but can not even find a real state company to sell us a home with out it being a game.

I would highly recommend mortgage advisor, Fraser Gibbon, following the successful buy to let mortgage he has secured for me.
Prior to this, it had looked like an impossible task (after speaking to other financial advisors) and I had pretty much written off the chance of being able to obtain a mortgage at all (in particular one that was affordable).
Fraser was not put off by the complexity of the task (house is non standard construction which added complications) and overcame every barrier that was put in the way.
He took the extra stress away from me and the mortgage has just completed, which has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for sound advice, obtaining the best mortgage available and for taking as much stress away from the situation as possible

Avoid this company at all costs! The Lincoln branch have some of THE worst employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! After I raised my concerns about Charlotte's actions, she spat her dummy out and refused to help any further with the chain. Ryan the manager is no better, he says he will chase/update and he doesn't. These people don't deserve what you will pay them in estate agent fees, they don't chase, they don't update you, they offer NO customer service once you've agreed to use them and they act like children! AND if they ever suggest using their panel of solicitors, RUN!!! Even if your saving 50% off a normal solicitor, they are that cheap for a reason!!! To quote my solicitor ' they are the WORST company she has EVER dealt with in her 22 years' took us 6 months to move as the solicitor they recommended just chose not to act. If I help just 1 person in deciding not to use william h brown, I will sleep better at night! The new and upcoming estate agents put William h brown to shame! Go with an estate agent that's not part of company /chain because these people don't care if or when you sell because at the end of the day, there still getting their salary as they don't depend on a house selling to get paid whereas sole estate agents do. Stay well clear!

Short version:
Avoid at all costs; they do not honour promises made in writing. I have attached the company’s response assuring me that I would not be charged for pre-existing damage and cleaning.
Long version:
I moved into a flat in Lincoln last year; the condition of the flat when it was handed over to me was beyond disgusting. Drugs left above a door – which prompted me to contact the police – dust covered the flat, brown marks decorated the toilet, and toothpaste marked the sink. The walls were in terrible condition. The window latches were rusted, resulting in the windows not closing properly and it being freezing during the winter months. The floor had chunks missing, and one of the sockets had a large crack running through it.
They promised before I moved in that the floor would be fixed and the flat would be cleaned; it wasn’t. I stayed for 6-months, during which time no attempts were made to fix the issues with the floor. As for the windows, they sent out a guy who stuck a towel in it and called it fixed.
After complaining, I was informed, in writing, that I would not be charged for the cleaning of the flat after I left, nor would I be charged for fixing the damaged socket. However, once I left, I received a claim totalling £159.72: £96.00 to clean the oven, which was barely used, and £63.72 to fix the socket.
I cannot stress enough how terrible the experience was and still is dealing with this company; in all honesty, avoid them at all cost. I wish I could give them minus stars. This is the single worst estate agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Add to this the most awful pictures taken by their 'professional' photographer (yes, they were sent out to potential purchasers), For Sale Board that fell down, no sold sign put up, told us an offer was from a cash buyer when she wasn't. We took this to the ombudsman and guess what?.... Yes they gave us a few quid back and said they couldn't punish any estate agent!!! Jobs for the boys. I gave them one out of five stars because you can't score zero.
