What agent could do to change your mind?
I was very dis-satisfied with the customer service, feedback and honesty, and this is an aspect this agent needs to address.

I chose to sell my property with William H Brown after a fantastic sales pitch by the branch manager. However, after that initial visit things started to go down hill. I had virtually no contact from the branch manager or his team after putting my property on the market. I raised a complaint with William H Brown which was not resolved and again I was not contacted. My property was on the market for eight months and only had four viewings (3 of which I conducted myself), and absolutely no feedback from the agent. Thankfully my house did sell but, received absolutely no information from the agent unless I contacted them. The service was poor and did not meet the expectations raised during the initial sales meeting. I signed up to the incentive which meant I paid £240 up front for advertising my property which they advised me would be refunded if I used their recommended solicitors. The solicitor then informed me that this is not an automatic refund off the cost and needed to go through their head office. Lets just say I am still waiting for the refund. This was the first time I've gone through the process of selling/buying a house and would strongly recommend you do your research before selecting an agent, and read all the fine print before signing anything. In summary I was very dis-satisfied with the overall customer experience with William H Brown and feel particularly let down.
