We chose WH Brown as we felt that they understood our need to be kept in regular communication. We brought our new dream property through William H Brown Harwich. Dave who now works at the Clacton Branch was fantastic, he kept us up to date with our chain regularly. Dave would always go above and behond for us. Our chain was complicated with many bumps in the road, Dave would speak/liase to the then owner of our new property, plus all other estate agents who were involed and work his magic. The previous owner was so patient and waited 6 months for us to complete the sale, which we are eternally grateful for. Our new property we brought had no chain and was the top of our chain, we had a long complicated chain behind us buying this property. Michelle at Clacton Branch was very informative and helpful, keeping us updated regarding exchange and completion. Izzy at Dovercourt meet us for viewings on many occasions she is fairly new to the team, she was always very pleasant and polite and I'm sure she will go far in the company in the future. Our whole experience of dealing with everybody that works for William H Brown Harwich and Clacton was 100% positive. We would not hesitate to recommend them to all if your considering buying or selling property, they are all so helpful and know their stuff. Thanks guys love the very happy new owners of a 3 bedroom bungalow.

Dealt with the Harwich branch and found them all very efficient and friendly. Anybody could help me with my queries but I mainly dealt with Michelle who was always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Laura Smith is a true asset to William H Brown. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I felt she went over and above what she needed to do for us. I found the whole moving process a nightmare and Laura was the calm in the storm. She was friendly, professional and dedicated, but what I felt was the icing on the cake is that I trusted her!!! More than anyone else that was involved in our eventual move. Tts hard to find customer service at its best and Laura is a shining example. Outstanding!!

Very poor from the first time we viewed the property. Everything about this company and their head office is disgusting. Moved us in a house which was even ready.
