What a stressful 20 weeks! Yes, 20 weeks! Thats how long they tie you in for. Clearly no confidence in themselves that they can sell houses in a shorter period of time.. 4 week notice of cancellation period. What a stressful 20 weeks! Yes, 20 weeks! Thats how long they tie you in for. Clearly no confidence in themselves that they can sell houses in a shorter period of time.. 4 week notice of cancellation period. Excellent sales pitch on getting you to agree to a sole agency contract with them however once you're out of your 14 day cooling off period they couldn't care less if you existed or not. Constantly cancelling viewings as they couldn't get their staff to turn up to work. Took days to get any feedback from viewings. Lies after lies after lies from members of staff to cover their backs. Letting people view who were way off the mark in even being able to afford the house. Disaster from beginning to end. Go with an angent who's staff have been there for a solid amount of time and know what they are doing. William H Brown will waste your time, money, patience and quite possibly cost you the house of your dreams as well! Lesson learned!

After 2 other estate agents couldn't sell our property W H Browns managed to get people through the door and sold it twice in the same day. From start to finish (M I) our member of staff was on the case from chasing solicitors to pushing the sale forward with continuous phone calls between all parties involved. We would use this estate agent again for there no nonsense approach, straight talking,and honest feedback.They get the job done.

During the house sale Michelle was always bright, cheerful and positive, she was a delight to speak to. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she always called back when she said she was going to. In particular I must mention Michelle who has always been the most positive cheerful person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was always professional and a credit to both the office and the company as a whole.

My husband was critically ill this Christmas and we needed to return to Italy where we had private medical insurance. I rang WH Brown on 23rd December as I needed to sell my flat in Fakenham in order to top up the funds for the one in Rome and get settled quickly. What I liked best about WH Brown in Fakenham is that they work as a team. Susan is an excellent manager as she listened to my needs. I was even prepared to put the flat up for auction. I was pleased to hear that they had staff who could deal with that aspect as well. In fact I didn't need to as they recommended that I use their legal associates, Shoosmiths. Between Susan and Michelle at WH Brown and Lisa with Shoosmiths they managed to move things along to everyone's satisfaction and within 9 weeks I had completed. The relief that we can now see to our medical and home needs is enormous. My grateful thanks to them all. I still have another property in Fakenham which is rented out at present but I want to sell. As I sold a property in Maidenhead through Sequence Homes with a tenant in situ so I have today put this property in Fakenham a bungalow, in their capable hands such is the confidence I have in this wonderful team!

The fees were discussed in advance and we were happy with what has been arranged, obviously we all would like to pay the smallest amount in fees but we are more than happy with what has been arranged.
