Absolutely appalling service from these people, they want to see if you got the money before they even entertain you for a viewing, I'm a successful business owner, I have three car showrooms around the country and they want to see my bank statement for a 100 grand house lol ? I rented through Browns and generally found communication lacking. However when I left and needed help to get my deposit back, Mark was incredibly helpful sorting everything. Do not Rent ,Buy with William h brown in Dewsbury or Wakefield and sequences in Liverpool customer service is poor all for the landlord's not the Tennant's.
