Absolutely awful - 1 star is too much. They either don't care or are completely incompetent or maybe both. We bought a house through them and they were absolutely useless. Absolutely awful - 1 star is too much.
They either don't care or are completely incompetent or maybe both. We bought a house through them and they were absolutely useless. There were certain things that they should have done which caused major inconvenience and worry to our family.
We are considering making a formal complaint against them.

My experience with Browns was excellent , the viewings were always accompanied by a staff member . and Katie Mountain did a great job in negotiations on selling price . I could not have wished for a better service , it was first class ,many thanks... Read Full Review
