We have only had experience with the rental side of the business, but have been left with a poor experience. We found the fees over the top, and whilst they could not have been more pleasant to deal with whilst in tenancy (despite delays in any required actions such as fixing our panel heater),... We found the fees over the top, and whilst they could not have been more pleasant to deal with whilst in tenancy (despite delays in any required actions such as fixing our panel heater), when it came to the end of our tenancy they became rude, unfriendly and somewhat patronising. We do not trust them, and speaking with colleagues/friends/relatives, they have also been surprised at the actions of the agency.

I appreciate sometimes you cannot help who the letting agent is if you find the property you are searching for, but I urge you to have your wits about you and challenge them on everything.
