<p>Zero stars for Wenlock and Taylor, especially one of the co-owners. Mr Tim, who is a bully a rogue estate agent who makes threats to his tenants only affects partially disabled/victims from their home and businesses, while all rents are up to date. Avoid Wenlock and Taylor. As managing agent they have done a very poor job for me. They forget who the client is and do the absolute minimum. They don't have the decency to call their clients they are late on paying service charge for example (this was my case) so you end up having extra fees ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
