We recently moved out of our house that was unfortunately managed by Webster and Darby in the past year. We had been living in the same house for the last 3 years and never had any issues with the previous agent before Webster and Darby took over the management of the property. On numerous occasions we had maintenance issues that Sami would come and inspect and say everything was fine when it wasn't. We needed our fridge replaced, which they replaced with something half the size of the existing so we could not fit all our food in there.

On numerous occasions we had maintenance issues that Sami would come and inspect and say everything was fine when it wasn't. We needed our fridge replaced, which they replaced with something half the size of the existing so we could not fit all our food in there.
Now that we moved out, we payed for an end of tenancy clean to fulfill our contractual agreement and the clean was all APPROVED by Sami on the same day as the clean which is when we moved out. A week later i contacted Webster and Darby to ask when they would be releasing our deposit, to which responded that they are holding it because they believe the property is not clean enough after reports from the new tenants that there was grease on the cook top 5 days after they had moved in (our cleaning company gave a 48hr guarantee). They are now trying to take money from our bond to pay £60 for a cleaner to come and clean the cook top. They won't provide any photos or even respond to our emails. They just keep trying to call us to avoid anything in writing. Super dodgy company and i would not recommend dealing with them.

A fantastic agency - always fast to respond to any queries.
I personally dealt with Sami and Luke at the Raynes Park branch who were always on-hand to make the whole transition of moving to a new property as stress-free as possible. I had spoken to several others agents in South West London before going to Webster & Darby, all of whom were unable to secure me a property with such short notice!
I would have no hesitations about using them again and I'd advise anyone to contact them when searching for a new property.

I can highly recommend using Webster and Darby as your letting agent. My property was let out within 3 days of Sami putting it on the market. All the paperwork was handled swiftly and professionally and I am very satisfied with the tenant that Webster and Darby found for me. It is a breath of fresh air dealing with an agent that you can actually talk to and who listens.
I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use them.

After engaging them, they immediately put the property on the market and both Luke and Sami kept me constantly informed on the progress as viewings were booked.
