The service we received was excellent. Having been on the market with several other agents for over a year we decided to try V&H.
From day one we were updated at every stage and significantly we felt that we were part of the whole process.
Ben, Kate and Maria were exceptional, it was a breath of fresh air.
V&H sold our property at close to the asking price.
I would have no hesitation in recommending V&H and have done so to other perspective clients.

From the outset I was impressed by the individual approach given to the sale of the property.
V&H was one of 2 prospective estate agents I considered. Paul immediately established a rapport with my mother on whose behalf I was acting and explained the process and options clearly. The price was competitive, sales literature of a good quality and everything arranged at our convenience.
Thereafter Maria handled everything. She is a one woman 'force majeur' ! Communication was of the highest quality and pushing all parties involved, relentlessly, to get the best result for everyone. I can't speak highly enough of her.
If you're looking for an agent to provide a personal and professional service you couldn't do better than V&H.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at this branch they should be the only agent to sell houses.I can not fault there honestly and I was kept informed at all times and how many agents make you tea!!! If I ever need to but another house they will be my sole agent...if I could award more... Read Full Review
