If this company is managing your property or if you are looking to rent and these guys are the managing agents, I would do anything I can do avoid this company. As a tenant I was treated very poorly. Avoid this company you have been warned from experience. They are initially friendly but then with a smile they will lie and trick you as unethically as possible. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
