Nick and the team at thomas & may were amazing throughout our process of buying our first property. Nick and the team at thomas & may were amazing throughout our process of buying our first property. We had a few unexpected troubles getting our mortgage and they were supportive throughout and advised well with everything we needed to know. We looked at 20 properties with all different estate agents and thomas & may were by far the best we really valued there honesty and knowledge. For us we didnt know anything about buying before we started looking and they made the process enjoyable with a 8 week turn around to getting the keys. Thank you so much nick ! If we ever go to sell in the future we would have no doubts in choosing thomas & may.

I definitely would NOT recommend this letting agency. I had a very bad experience with the letting manager that didn't have any professionalism or customer service in our case. I definitely would NOT recommend this letting agency. I had a very bad experience with the letting manager that didn't have any professionalism or customer service in our case.
Once they took the rent and deposit they didn't responded to my emails and didn't do the repaires in the house as initially discussed.
After two weeks they still didn't reply.
I can't give less than a star, but if I could I would do it.
