They seem to owe a lot of landlords a lot of money and their shop is now closed. It seems we may also be liable for the deposit that is missing too. I've moved to Belvoir Lettings of Northampton, who have helped sort this mess. As they are ARLA registered, I am at least assured this can't happen ... Read Full Review

Pay their clients late. Don't reply to chases. Don't reply to anything. Can't believe that any Service Company can get away with treating it's customers like this. Landlords beware - do not use this company. We let our property through Thomas & Co for several years. There were months when they withheld payment to us - although the tenant had paid on time. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
