Awful Awful Awful! We had to go direct to our landlord for everything after waiting weeks for the Chippenham team not to do anything useful over the 2 years we loved in a property rented through them. They also requested fees we weren't liable for on multiple occaisions!... Read Full Review

Awful Awful Awful! We had to go direct to our landlord for everything after waiting weeks for the Chippenham team not to do anything useful over the 2 years we loved in a property rented through them.
They also requested fees we weren't liable for on multiple occaisions! AVOID!

Hayley and team have looked after our property for going on 10 years. I changed to them after a poor experience with any letting agent. I met with Hayley at the property to be let; she was friendly, knowledgeable and utterly professional. She convinced me she could look after and manage my property ... Read Full Review

Hayley and team have looked after our property for going on 10 years. I changed to them after a poor experience with any letting agent. I met with Hayley at the property to be let; she was friendly, knowledgeable and utterly professional. She convinced me she could look after and manage my property for me and she has stood by her word. When I have needed to speak to the team, they have all been brilliant and answered queries or gathered information required quickly and efficiently. I have found the fees structure to be extremely fair as well, which was why I left my property with them so long. I recommend wholeheartedly The Total Letting Service for all your letting needs - the only reason we have left is because we have sold the property. Thank you Hayley and team...

Although I didn't end up renting a property via The Total Letting Service, as another application I had made previously got accepted, I can honestly say that every person who picked up my calls (Hayley, Emily and Chantelle) were all extremely polite and very, very helpful. Can be a rare thing these days with Estate Agents. 10/10 ladies for an all-round professional, friendly and customer focused approach. Highly recommended.

We used Total letting Service to find us rented accommodation 5 years ago.
Hayley Brinn and her team have been excellent -- they have dealt swiftly with any minor problems we had and when we left the property, they were really helpful with making sure that we received back our deposit.
From a renters perpestive they have treated us as an importamt customer rather than a second class citizen which has been a positive experience.
