This company charged me £1425 for 2 months rent and a month in advance + £95 for a credit check,unfortunately I didn't move in to the property but didn't receive my money back and after numerous visits to there office and phone calls to ask for my money back & a letter ... Read Full Review

Been a landlord for 20 years. Made an offer on the property and they used it to get leverage for increasing other offers even after we had paid them �2400 to secure it. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
