Wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely unhelpful & really dont care about tenants, just greedy. In 10 months I have had the oven broken for almost 3 months, the boiler broke down 4 times, they sent contractord into my flat with no notice, i had no heat for 3 days during temperatures below 5... Excellent and friendly service. Excellent fees, only charged £40 for application fee if accepted by landlord whereas other companies charge this even if you do not get accepted by the landlord.

What agent could do to change your mind?
First be Honest, be clear, educate all staff how to treat a customer. Don't discriminate people. Please tell your agents that they are not doing any free service.
