Estate agent failed to keep appointment for viewing as arranged and agreed the previous evening. Thankfully the owners were at home to show me around. No message advising of any cancellation on mobile before or after. Same estate agent also failed to send me details of property via email as... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
If I treated my clients with the kind of cavalier disinterest I\'ve received from many estate agents in Luton I\'d soon be out of a job. Estate agents should ALL do what they say they\'re going to do (send details and updates etc) and keep all appointments. This is very, very basic stuff.
