Worst “company” I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 45 days on , still no heating or hot water in a house that shouldn't have been let from day one. Smoke alarms not tested, or even working in some instances, even though the landlord said new ones were fitted. Not the first of his lies, I hasten to add. A boiler that is so old it stopped being made in 1991, has been seen by two gas engineers, who have both said it needed replacing. Obviously bought the house thinking he'd got a good deal, and nothing works at all. But instead of replacing or repairing, I'm expected to allow visit after visit, by different, to “have a look”. I must be a complete idiot because I'm not sure how many looks it takes to put your hands in your pocket and fix the thing. Anyway, past that stage, I just want out of this hole, and no matter how many times their tame decorator contacts me (without my consent), to insist on having a look I'm not interested. This house should never have been let in the first place. Uninhabitable due to no heating or hot water, unless you count an immersion that scalds, and a toilet that was broken form when the house was bought. And that's still not fixed. All through this, the MD and the alleged manager Josh, sit around claiming that they don't manage the property, all the while supplying all of the trades the so called landlord needs. And to top it all, he even thinks I should grant “unconditional access” or he won't do anything. Well, no. Not at all. I'm just going to one star this bunch of cowboys on a daily basis until their rating hits the floor. When people see them for the enablers that they are, and it hits them in the pocket, maybe then they'll take note. It then, maybe they're just too arrogant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, and don't be fooled by glowing praise by alleged customers, who are in fact the trades they use. Just saying.
