Appalling. Staff, Service, Culture, Management. On every measure this company are bad. We were landlords and they were being paid to do the full service. My family member is renting a property through this shambles of a company. They have no co2 detectors, no numbers on the cooker, proud rusty nails on unsafe decking. When they moved in the property was filthy. Carpet has been taken up by previous tenant and not replaced safely. No extractor fan... Read Full Review

charged £50 for a guarantor search, which was only a letter from employer!!! Charged tenants cash to remove from the market.
