Your typical arrogant, obnoxious, condescending and unpleasant estate agents with dreadful communication skills, but on top of that, they want to rent a property in an appalling condition (still asking very high rent). During the viewing there were indications that the plumbing wasn't working properly. They refused to carry out an assessment, offered to allow this to be carried out privately but then wouldn't allow this to happen before an application was made. So basically, a dreadful condition property (which they know is going to be knocked down in a year by the owner for this reason anyway) and massive red flags as to the plumbing not working yet they want to force an application before you (the tenant) carries out and pays for an assessment privately. They are not only treating good potential tenants appallingly but they are clearly doing a disservice to landlords. If they act like this at during the sales stage I wonder what they're like during a tenancy. Google reviews cannot be trusted - easily manipulated and negative reviews left for this company have been removed.

As a recent immigrant from Hong Kong, I am currently facing issues regarding the refund of my rental house deposit. I feel that I was misled into renewing my rental contract last year, and unfortunately, it appears that I may not receive any of my deposit back. This situation is incredibly disappointing, and I intend to document my experience fully once this matter has been resolved. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this estate agent until I have had the chance to publish my detailed reviews, which will include all relevant emails. My goal is to leave a record of my story with this agent to ensure that others are aware of my experience.
