The human(e) face of the business. We had a very poor experience with a previous letting agency. Incredibly stressful and completely out of control. The human(e) face of the business. We had a very poor experience with a previous letting agency. Incredibly stressful and completely out of control. We have a rental now via Taylor Engley and the difference is like a breath of fresh air - literally in some respects, but let's not go there. James and Harriet have been so kind, but also diligent, professional, l and efficient. We have regained an almost lost faith in basic human kindness and from this you can probably guess the degree of stress beforehand. Never thought I'd be saying how glad we've been to be treated with kindness, professionalism and respect. Thank you.

Avoid this awful company.
Useless, couldn’t give a monkeys about tenants or landlords. By far the worst agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across.
I wouldn’t dare think about selling or buying with this bunch of pirates, let alone giving them an ongoing lettings contract.
We’ve been complaining about mould and damp for 6 months, in a temporary let. All this, with a newborn and a chronic asthmatic in the house. Excuse after excuse from Taylor Engley for why nothing has been done about it. We’ve been called liars, we’ve been told every bullSH possible. Now allegedly ‘Sarah’ has deemed the mould and damp ‘to be of an acceptable level’.
Thanks Sarah - we appreciate your completely irrelevant and unqualified professional opinion.
If you care about your house sale or property investments, stay away. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that actually follow housing legislation and care about tenants, landlords and vendors!
