Asked Tate Rowlands out to do a valuation on a £750,000 + house and Ben Tate was very unfriendly demanding photographs before he came out, to see if it was "viable" and "worth his time". This is a small time firm with jumped up ideas who I have since discovered set ... Read Full Review

Asked Tate Rowlands out to do a valuation on a £750,000 + house and Ben Tate was very unfriendly demanding photographs before he came out, to see if it was "viable" and "worth his time". This is a small time firm with jumped up ideas who I have since discovered set up with virtually no experience and who give unrealistically high valuations to maximise their cut. Avoid this firm they only cover a small area and there are better agents out there
