Scam. The tenancy began, we paid them, they confirmed good to move in and then didn't give us the keys for several days (still charging rent for those days) making us unable to move in. Hidden fees they don\'t tell you about. After you\'ve committed they\'ll bill you for extras - both at the begining and end of tenancy in our experience.

Terrible service and manners from the girl who answered the phone (Kirsty) not helpful in anyway. Was only interested in trying to get me to look at properties that were not suitable.
