We put in an offer on a property with Symons and Perrott and instructed them to sell our own property.The agent promised he was available 24/7 if we needed him this all took place on a Friday, when we rang to discuss our open day the following Tuesday, we discovered he had left on the Saturday, Alarm bells did start to ring!!! After a disastrous open day we removed the property froOmbudsmens and Perrott to Robinson Jackson and the property sold straight away with 3 other offers also.

Continuing with our purchase we have received totally unprofessional attitudes and service from *the owner of Symons and Perrott. Anyone who is thinking of using them please be aware of their office hours, they close at 2.30 and are not available over the weekend!!! Use them at your peril I personally would never use them again and will be reporting Stuart to The Property Ombudsmen.

I started the selling process by requesting quotes from different agents. The first SJP staff member we met was Stuart who did the valuation - his professionalism and friendly nature filled us with so much confidence that on that basis alone we decided to use SJP. Once the house was sold, Lara was allocated as our progressor and managed the process fully for us. We had a particularly stressful time and Lara was always helpful and supportive throughout. She replied quickly to calls and emails and was very knowledgable about the house moving process. I would fully recommend SJP.

He has proved that not all estate agents are from the same mould and he would be an asset to any estate agency
I wouldn't be surprised that within a few years time he would have his own shop

Whilst I had very little dealings with the sales team regarding the property I purchased through SJP (due to the fact that it all happened so quickly), my experience over the last few months in dealing with Lara has been fantastic. She has sent me regular updates and has kept on top of the whole chain involved in the purchase, to the point where she knew more than my solicitors. Very friendly and genuine, and I did not feel like I was just another commission. I would highly recommend SJP based on my experience

Just coming out of a purchase deal that the seller pulled out at the last minute, I was hesitant to trust any agent again. But I spoke with Rise and there was this assurance that this is the right person I have been looking for. From the beginning to the end, there was effective communication, something I missed in the last deal. You can always be sure Rise would call you back if she ever missed your call. Knowing the tight timeline we were working with, she was in contact with every party involved and this helped a great deal. She acted professionally through the deal. I have worked in a service-sensitive industry for 22yrs and so recognize good service when I experience one. Her team were also fantastic to speak with on phone. Any day, you have my recommendation. Thanks so much to Rise and her team who have met all my expectations. I wasn't even looking to move, but saw a cottage that I just fell in love with, which was on the market with Symons J Perrott. I contacted Rise who had my property sold within 3 weeks! In order to secure the sale we were on a very tight deadline. She kept regular contact with me and was always available to take my calls. In the end, we didn't exchange until the day before completion - but Rise did a very good job of keeping me calm. I would not hesitate in recommending Symons J Perrott to anyone and I certainly could not have done this without them!
