Incredibly disappointed with this estate agent. They tried to sell me a 3 bed including loft conversion as a 4 bed, despite not having building regulation sign off. This meant they could attempt to get more for the property rather than the actual value of a 3 bed. Standard behaviour for a shady estate agent. The seller would then only offer an indemnity policy, which is actually incredibly worthless. Of course, the estate agent gives the attitude that it's nothing to do with them and it's all the solicitor, despite being the ones who priced the property in the first place.
I would advise buyers to think twice about using them.

Poor Customer Service to Buyers I was trying to purchase a house and they made me feel like I was not worth bothering with. Did not return calls. Did not reply to emails. An arrogant and surly attitude to me as a buyer. If I hadn't liked the house so much, I would have gone elsewhere. I am really surprised that they are still in business and would definitely not recommend them to sell a property for you, their attitude is awful.
