As a tenant I would never rent through this company again. Not overly impressed. House took 10 months to sell and I felt I did most of the chasing. The person dealing with the viewings seemed to lose track of the interested parties and I would chase to make sure people who had expressed an interest were followed up on.

Not overly impressed. House took 10 months to sell and I felt I did most of the chasing. The person dealing with the viewings seemed to lose track of the interested parties and I would chase to make sure people who had expressed an interest were followed up on.
My garage was left open after one viewing and after taking pictures and emailing to the branch received no acknowledgement.
Despite saying I didn't want to do viewings (hence me using a high street agency) it seemed I was always called to do weekend ones despite the fact I didn't live in the same town as the vacant property so would need to travel to do this.
Once offer was accepted the process took another 4 months. Took a low offer because they were a cash buyer who could move quickly. Found out from my solicitor 3 months in that it was taking time as they had a property to sell. Agent denied knowledge of knowing this beforehand and expressed surprise and anger at buyers. In my opinion this is lack of due diligence pure and simple.
