I have recently purchased a property through Symonds & Reading and the service of this Company was outstanding. One of the Directors Jo Ward with whom I had the first viewing of the property with, was extremely helpful giving her ideas of how this property could work for me, which made all the difference.. All members of the staff at Ferring couldn't have been more helpful even after completion. I would highly recommended this Agent and would have no hesitation on using them if I sold the property in the future.

Roger and Lucy were both wonderful to deal with. The sale of Mother's house (to pay her care fees) could have caused all kinds of issues between the three of us in the next generation. Roger understood we needed to consult each other about every aspect, and was endlessly patient. He and Lucy kept us promptly informed of everything, and always responded to calls and e-mails. They were very helpful over keys, and getting the place cleared ,and generally made what could have been a very stressful time as easy as possible. Others in their office and in the other branch were also really helpful if Roger was out with a client when I phoned. They gave me advice on all sorts of issues, so I could deal with more or less all of the process from 300 miles away.

Lucy and Roger run a true village estate agents. Roger has vast knowledge of the history of the properties and village being a resident there himself. Roger was enthusiastic and informative when viewing the property with prospective buyers. Lucy kept me well informed with feedback from viewings and updates from their marketing of the property. I felt that I was kept up to date even when there was no update! Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.

I cannot rate Steve and the team at Symonds and Reading highly enough. From the moment I enquired, about the property I have successfully purchased, they have been attentive, honest and a dream to deal with.
They are one of a few companies that if they say they will call you, you can guarantee the phone will ring be it good or bad news.

We would highly recommend Symonds-Reading, from the first viewing of our property until collection of the keys we were given a friendly efficient service. Whenever we called with questions they were answered immediately or we were called back ASAP with the answers. We felt very confident that we were in good hands on top of which there was always a bright cheerful voice at the end of the phone , which with stress of buying a property was very welcome. There were times due to our own sale that we thought we'd never get there but Roger and Lucy kept the purchase side of it as easy as possible.
