I had a very good experience with this agency. The property we lived in was under offer and was to be sold. We had a number of viewing visits from the agency, which could be a bit disruptive if handled not in a proper way. However, I would like to mention the thoughtfulness of SW19 agents, their professionalism and respect for the private life of the tenants. Always positive, they tried to make us feel comfortable. They are good.

I sold my property through SW19 in December 2017. I chose SW19 as I had dealt with them previously (both as a vendor and purchaser) and I was confident that they would achieve the best possible price for me. I previously came across Hayley and SW19 when purchasing my house over 4yrs ago. I was impressed with them then, and so didn't hesitate to ask them to handle my sale. Luke (Director/Founder) got involved from the start to ensure the particulars were in good order, which I appreciated. Viewings were a little thin on the ground for a while, but eventually a buyer was found. Then it was over to the tenacious Hayley to progress the sale, who is always a pleasure to deal with. The sale was not without it's challenges, but was actually driven through in under 8 weeks. There is always room for improvement, hence 4 stars, but I would absolutely recommend the whole team at SW19 - and that includes Rita (who actually sold it), Ryan and Sam.

*. I got on very well with Ryan and Sam, the house eventually sold after nearly 8 months from when it was first placed on the market. However, when Hayley took over, she managed to make a nightmare out of a stressfull experience. I had a few problems with the house I was purchasing and Hayley appeared to take delight in bullying and pressuring me to exchange and complete before my solicitor advised it was safe to do so. She threatened that my buyer would pull out if I didn't exchange and complete but said I could stay on in the house and pay them rent.....? Eventually, when we asked to exchange, the buyer's solicitor stated he hadn't seen their mortgage offer and deferred the date which also had to be aborted because their deposit wasn't in place. When I complained about this treatment to Luke Bennett, he arrogantly and rudely dismissed my complaint and told me to get lost.

This was a difficult sale involving a freeholder, a covenanted neighbour, a buyer and myself - and four lots of solicitors! Hmmm, as a seller I think you're always going to be looking for the best deal when it comes to rates but I think you also need to consider service. Although there are other agencies in the area offering better rates, having had the experience of working with the SW19 team previously along with their knowledge of the local area I was satisfied that by spending a little more the process would be easier through them. I was right, in fact it was only due to the fact that my buyer skimped on a cheap solicitor that the process both dragged on and became complicated... something that Hayley and Ryan helped deal with throughout the sales process.

In both instances SW19 were both patient and then swung into action when required. There were numerous times in the sales process where complications arose and Hayley and Ryan were outstanding in making sure everything was being looked after and in the correct manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others (my neighbor has already had a valuation) and if I had been searching for a property within the same area i would have used them to help me search again. Think that says it all really.

I first met Luke the in the Summer of 2014 and he valued my property. I checked in with him a number of times after that but he never called or pressurised me. Having met with a number of other agents, Luke and his team were clearly worth the extra half percent so I went with them for my sale. Without going into detail, the process of my sale was highly complex and I lost 2 sales in no way due to SW19. Throughout this process, Ryan in particular was exemplary in the was he supported and advised me. He was highly responsive, both during and out of office hours. Ryan guided me through a very difficult few months, never losing his focus, always committed to getting the best possible sale for me. He is a decent and very likeable chap; I really can't speak highly enough of him. When I eventually secured a sale, Hayley as Sales Progression Manage picked up the support role. Like Ryan, Hayley was open and supportive, responsive, and at times when I was feeling real anxiety, calmed me, always providing me with regular and detailed feedback. role Estate agents have a bad name generally but SW19 is the exception. There is a noticeable culture of transparency, honesty and positive engagement. As I said to Ryan and Hayley, on the day of my exchange words cannot express my gratitude. I am generally highly critical of services and it is a real pleasure just this once to score and rate SW19 with the maximum possible.
