I dealt with this company over 16 months ago having dealt with Andrew, George, Michelle and Emma. The service was first class. All I asked was there they had gone to. All I can say now is your customer service has went downhill and you don’t care. I can rate zero star as it’s not on here. In difficult times with COVID 19 with offices being closed, Sutherland Reay were only a phone call away. We understood the difficulties that the country was facing and the restrictions but when we phoned Sutherland Reay during lockdown they were there. Even though nothing was happening they were there. Don't get me wrong no one is perfect and mistakes happen but throughout this COVID 19 Sutherland Reay as an Indepedent Agent did all they could for us selling our house. We have had tantrums and tears but you were there for us. Apologies for the shouting down the phone to you, we understand it was not Sutherland Reay but solicitors!!. You did all you can and thank you for that.

I have been dealing with George for over the last 3 or so years. George always goes that extra mile and takes pride in his job when instructing new properties, also his pride in taking photographs, giving the property its full potential. If the photographs do not do the property justice, George will re-take them. I know all of my 8 plus properties are in great hands with George at Sutherland Reay. From putting the properties onto the market, viewings, feedback, application process, moving tenants in and most of all Legislation. As a Landlord I know I am in good hands.

George Hopkin and Sutherland Reay made my move so easy. We all know that house moving can be one of the most stressful things that we do but it was entirely stress free from start to finish. I have dealt with Sutherland Reay previously and this most recent contact just confirmed my opinion that they are in fact really good at there job.
My most recent dealings involved George Hopkin, who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
He is professional, friendly, efficient and a credit to Sutherland Reay. Whilst trying to find a house to let I had the misfortune of dealing with gascoigne halman, they were absolutely dreadful, totally inefficient. I'mnot going to name to branch involved but they appeared clueless.
George, however was the polar opposite and I actually enjoyed dealing with him. I could go on but I won't.

Permitted Payments
What permitted payments can a tenant expect to pay if they rent a property with Sutherland Reay? Permitted payments for new Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) signed after 31st May 2019. When you have agreed on the property, Sutherland Reay will provide you with a Tenancy Fee Declaration. (Tenant Fee Act 2019). This explains not only the next stages of your application but any permitted payments which are due before you sign your Tenancy Agreement, and any which may become payable during and after the tenancy. This will also include confirmation of the agreed rent and the deposit. Below is a list of the current permitted payments. At any time you are interested in a property, please ask a member of staff for a full breakdown of permitted payments that may be payable before, during and after a tenancy. HOLDING DEPOSIT (per tenancy) - ONE WEEK'S RENT This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the
