Disgusting and fraudulent site. Answers from chat takes like 3-4 hours with usefulness -100%, only time wasting... This is not a biggest prob. Student Tenant were useful to find tenants at one time. Their advantage was a zero cost for landlords (fees taken from tenants) and a good system to electronically complete all paperwork. Since new legislation they can no longer offer landlords a zero fee experience. They get two stars rather than ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
