I would advise that anyone using Strawberry Letting that they use them with extreme caution. For a property with a monthly rent of £300 this is what they charged me. I have absolutely no experience in running a letting agency myself, however I am pretty sure if I were to be put in charge of Strawberry Lettings and told to be as incompetent as possible, I would still manage to provide better service than they can. 19 Dec 2013I totally agree. I have received for over 2.5 years the most appalling service from Strawberries. They are incompetent, unresponsive and unprofessional. I have never received such poor service...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
