We signed our tenancy agreement and paid our money on 17 December 2012 - I'm pretty sure that they had stopped trading by 21 December 2012. STAY CLEAR OF THESE AGENTS!!! They are in SERIOUS financial trouble and the Directors especially Mr Carl Mulvey shouldn't even be allowed to hold a directorship. My advice to all prospective tenants is to stay away from this agency at all costs, even if they are the sole agent for a property. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
