He listened to what I was looking for and offered me properties worth viewing before they were advertised, which was amazing and frighteningly rare overall in the current lettings market. Jean-Claude was responsive and good at keeping in touch.

He listened to what I was looking for and offered me properties worth viewing before they were advertised, which was amazing and frighteningly rare overall in the current lettings market. Jean-Claude was responsive and good at keeping in touch.
There was a big delay finding out when exactly I will have access to the property which was a bit stressful (as I didn't actually get confirmation of it until the day before moving in). This was the only thing I wish they had been a bit more on top of, but overall I'm happy with the experience and the people in the Earlsfield office are nice to deal with.

Just a quick thank you to the sales guys at Townends Earlsfield. My first point of contact was Jason, who unfortunately moved on but then I was lucky to be introduced to Nick and Mark. From start to finish, from when our first sale fell through to eventually exchanging, these guys were outstanding, professional, always available and nothing was ever too much trouble. We always felt they were fighting our corner and more importantly, they outstripped rival agents viewings by about 10 to 1. If I were looking to buy in the Earlsfield area I would definitely use Townends. My only pity is that they don't have an office where I'm moving to as I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys.

I have a property to rent in the Earlsfield area and since Cameron moved there I have found it much easier;
Cameron has always handled it in a very professional manner.
He has found good tenants and is always a phone call away from sorting out problems especially when tenants first
move in.
Cameron is always pleasant and helpfull.
He gives a hands on approach when I have had problems such as access to the flat when tenants are reluctant to be there
when we need to get in,always sorting out the probelms diplomatically.
His communication skills and senes of humour make it pleasant to deal with Townends

This is the third time I have let this flat and cannot express how glad I am that I chose Townends this time. I shall be using Townends for all future rentals and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm only sorry I didn't discover them before as it would have saved me from the very bad experiences I've had with 3 other local agents.
From the moment I first spoke to Cameron, I just knew he was different. Put simply, he's just a lovely man and was lovely to deal with on a daily basis. It was always easy to get hold of him and he always had time to talk. There's a noticeable lack of 'Estate Agent Bullsh*t which was such a relief. He had my flat details and photos up on Right Move and in his window within an hour of first contact and despite it being three weeks before Christmas, he had a constant stream of viewings, resulting in several offers. He updated me daily without being chased. Unfortunately, the tenant we chose was made redundant during the reference process but undeterred, Cameron leapt back into action and found me alternative tenants. He could have let my flat several times over, at a difficult time of year for the rental market. My outgoing tenants were also very impressed with his slick communications, organisation and his people skills. He was very considerate and went out of his way to minimise disruption to their lives, as he carried out the many viewings. From a landlord's perspective, Cameron (and his team) couldn't have done any more to help and went above and beyond everything I could have hoped for in a lettings agent. He has found me the perfect tenant and has done everything he can to make the start of tenancy as smooth as possible (including offering help with a mattress delivery and a handyman!) He has years of experience and I'm pretty sure nothing would faze him. A five star service.

Working with Townends was a wholly pleasurable experience. I bought & sold a property with them.
Firstly, Mark Chescoe was extremely enthusiastic and motivated to get a sale on my existing property. He understood that keeping me informed of all progress, positive & negative, which helped me understand the position i was in and what was needed in order to progress to a sale. Always polite and courteous, i was happy that he was portraying my property in the best possible light.
In terms of buying a property i worked mostly with Nick Kyriacou in order to push through the deal which at time proved challenging. He was happy to go the extra mile in order to pick up where solicitors and the vendor left off. As with Mark, Nick was great at keeping me informed and advising me on the best way to proceed in order to complete my purchase.
I would gladly work with both of these individuals on future property projects.
