I was negotiating to purchase a property in Ocean Village that Stanfords was advertising for a prolonged period of time. Just sold through Stanfords and every member of that team is great. From Lucy and Darren doing the viewings, to John helping the sale go through. Everyone helped where and when they could. Property placed on the market at a guide price recommended by Stanfords valuation manager. Since then. Sadly very disappointed!! 3 viewings at an open house and only 1 other viewing in 3 months. These people are just brilliant. From Brad who did the viewing through Tim and Nick and just about every one. My house buying process was a long one and included a couple of fall throughs. We rented a property through Stanfords for a year, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had from a letting agency.
