Hello we rented off Spectrum Properties it was the worst mistake we ever did. We have had so many problems with them in just a short period of time. What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to get better people management skills. Instead of trying to rob your tenants and adding stupid fees maybe tenants would consider extending their leases. Get an office closer to the flats how can you have 34 flats in greenock and your office is over 40 minutes away.
