Honestly if there were negative stars, I would give them. I have never in my life encountered negligence, indifference and lack of professionalism on this scale! if you can use another agent then do it. Fees are high and unfair. READ SMALL PRINT - end of tenancy fees of 10%, cleaning fees of £180 for a small flat and high upfront admin fees. 3 Oct 2017Had to move in late as they had an ‘overlap' in tennancy dates. No hot water for 2 weeks despite reporting it to them several times. Make sure every mark/stain is noted on your original inventory...

Awful service. Staffs are no manner. They were very helpful before they received my money. Fees included 'Cleaning Service' but they did not do anything to the property. Spider webs were everywhere.
