I have rented for many years and this is the most dysfunctional and uncoordinated agency I have dealt with. We used this agent to market my property and 3 house sales fell through due to their poor management and the system they run. What agent could do to change your mind?
More mindful of their clients. Less arrogant, more organised, more honesty and a better work ethic and conduct.
