We found them to be very proactive, great communication easy to reach and replied to queries promptly.
Our experience was very positive, they were reassuring and professional throughout and we highly recommend in what must have been an extremely busy and stressful time for them.

We were delighted at the care Shepherds took over our sale. Not only were they extremely efficient, they clearly understood the market extremely well and were realistic about what could be achieved. They kept us informed at all stages of the process without us having to chase and they clearly cared about getting things right and making sure we achieved what we wanted - not just a fair sale, but they understood that who would buy the property was also important to us. Everyone in the family firm was on the ball and courteous at all times - it has been a smooth and genuinely almost completely stress-free process - nothing short of miraculous in these tricky, covid times!

Adam was knowledgeable and friendly and Carmelo earned every penny of their commission in guiding us through or first property sale (and even with the purchase of our new place too). He was friendly, competent and professional throughout the entire process and we have recommended not just Shepherds, but specifically Carmelo to several people already.

We have had a great experience with Shepherds.
They have taken care of everything every step of the way, kept us up to date and made sure we're always fully informed at each stage of the process.
Any time we needed their help they were very quick to respond, going out of their way to find answers along the whole chain. Even when we had a set back with our buyer pulling out they were able to set up more viewings and we found a new buyer very quickly.
We've used other agents and found Shepherds to be the most dedicated and hard working.

We dealt primarily with Will and communication was easy, punctual and regular and we felt reassured as first time buyers that we were in good hands.
