Would have given a zero rating if I could. Avoid at all costs. Viewings booked but people never turned up and no explanation as to why. DONT USE THESE, The staff lie and are pushy and totally incompetent. They lied about people booked to view our property and when challenged where the people viewing were, we were advised that the Estate Agent had been out of the office for 3 hours and they had no idea where she was??? totally fed ... We have these bunch of cowboys selling our Dad's house for us, not after today. Very unprofessional agents. When I moved in one of their properties the flat was absolutely a mess. They are never willing to make you feel comfortable as a client.
