Just simply do not waste your time or your money with Savills. It has been hideous dealing with them from start to finish. I got constantly passed from person to person, nothing was done in a timely manner and the whole experience is one I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through. They have over... Read Full Review

Just simply do not waste your time or your money with Savills. It has been hideous dealing with them from start to finish. I got constantly passed from person to person, nothing was done in a timely manner and the whole experience is one I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through. They have over valued my property by 30%. They are a group of people who have no idea what they are doing. They have got too big now and don't give a damn about their customers. They have their money from me now so I am sure I will never hear a thing about my numerous complaints. They talk the talk but they definitely dont walk the walk.

I wish I had found this website before dealing with them. The agent simply was not honest. There were misrepresentations on the way in. I wish I had found this website before dealing with them. The agent simply was not honest. There were misrepresentations on the way in. When a major problem occurred shortly after I moved in, he was not honest in our dealings then either. Clearly, he was vastly more interested in protecting the landlord and his fees than me.

Tom was condescending, rude, obnoxious, and seemed oblivious to the fact that he was entirely out of touch with his potential tenants. For someone trying to make a "sale" and earn his commission, he did a poor job by making us feel like he thought we were idiots (despite the fact that we are very familiar with the property field). Even though we liked the flat he showed us, we were so turned off by his attitude and behaviour we couldn't stomach another meeting with him and ended up using a different agent who we found to be much more friendly.
