Really unprofessional. Always had to contact them several times before somethig was really sorted!Finding excuses for everything,we didn't get an answer yet,we didn't get the email,we already sent an email!Really annoying to have to call and agency 5 times beforw you get your things... Really unprofessional.
Always had to contact them several times before somethig was really sorted!Finding excuses for everything,we didn't get an answer yet,we didn't get the email,we already sent an email!Really annoying to have to call and agency 5 times beforw you get your things sorted.They forgot to tell that the check out was cancelled and I travelled 1 hour to be there,waited more than half an hour beforw calling them and the answer was we sent an email,it's not our fault you didn't get it.Also beeing rude when selling the property(we were tenants for 2 years).
Would never ever use them again!

Poor experience viewing with this agent, first property viewed with them they sent an e-mail an hour after the viewing to say the property had been sold. You would think they would have asked us if we were making an offer to get the best value for their client... We had a similar issue with another property with this agent.
We have also found it difficult to get viewings with this agent, which we haven't had with other estate agents.
Based on the experience I would never sell my property with this agent.

Terrible experience, would not use again. I got the impression they were not marketing my property effectively as there was next to no interest in it even though it was priced appropriately. All became clear after ten weeks when S&G brought round a property developer who offered 20% below market value (being a corner plot there was scope for development). I declined the offer and when my 13 week contract with S&G expired I moved to another agent who immediately found a proper buyer for me at the price I had been asking.
